These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of thethrivingparent.com and related services (collectively, the “Site”), operated by The Thriving Single Parent, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features (e.g., Thrive Central community, courses, digital downloads) you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your password, and accept responsibility for any activities under your account.

We offer coaching programs, digital resources, online courses (e.g., Rise & Thrive Bootcamp), community forums, and related content aimed at single parents. We may modify or discontinue any part of the Site at any time without liability.

Fees for paid products or services are displayed at checkout. All payments are processed by third‑party processors. Unless otherwise stated, digital products are non‑refundable. For coaching programs, refer to the specific refund policy presented at purchase.

All Site content, features, and functionality (text, graphics, logos, videos, software) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual‑property laws. We grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non‑commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

You retain ownership of content you submit (comments, posts, testimonials), but you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute such content for Site operations, marketing, and improvement. You are solely responsible for your content and agree it will not violate any law or infringe any rights.

You agree not to:

• Violate any law or regulation.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent affiliation.
• Upload viruses or malicious code.
• Engage in harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior.
• Attempt to reverse‑engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Use the Site for commercial solicitation without our prior consent.

The Site and all content are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Site will be error‑free or uninterrupted or that results will meet your expectations. Coaching services are for educational purposes only and are not medical, legal, or financial advice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we and our affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with the use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict‑of‑laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Nashville, Tennessee, pursuant to the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive any right to participate in class actions.

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms are effective when posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or us.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
